We are seeking to add an Outside Sales Executive to our Sur-Seal commercial team with responsibility for the southwestern U.S. Sur-Seal Outside Sales Executive Accountabilities: Deeply understand customer challenges, pain points and emerging needs Collaborate with team to define and develop commercially viable solutions Maintain awareness of market conditions and emerging trends Act with a sense of urgency and creativity Deliver on all commitments including growth for assigned geography, markets, and customers Special projects as directed by leadership Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Outside Sales Executive role at Sur-Seal has the following: Proven track record of generating new business opportunities at new and existing accounts 5+ Years’ experience in selling excellence Prior experience selling material expertise, preferred Die cutting industry experience, preferred Ability to work remote and travel up to 80% of the time Strong hunting competency required Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional business team Self-motivated and strategic Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint Embodies our values of Caring, Curious, and Courageous The Compensation package for the Outside Sales Executive includes: Competitive base salary with variable compensation components Health, dental, and vision insurance 401K matching program Remote work Sur-Seal reserves the right to change or add duties to this position as long as the changes and/or additions are consistent with the job classification.
