Summary As a Traveling Sungrow Inverter Technician at Danos, you will be responsible for commissioning, inspecting, maintaining and troubleshooting Sungrow inverters at solar projects. This is a full-time, 100% travel on-site role that is located throughout Texas. Qualifications: Experience in the solar industry, with a focus on inverters, is preferred Proven capabilities in electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and commissioning PV systems and equipment Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work well with microsoft suite and maintaining daily reports 100% travel and work on a demanding job site schedule normally Mon-Fri occasional weekends Experience with Sungrow inverters is a plus High School Diploma or GED equivalent NFPA 70E is a plus Prior Sungrow commissioning or inverter experience a plus Physical requirements: Must be able to endure extensive walking, bending, stooping as required Must be able to work in any climate, weather conditions as needed Requirements: Must be able to work short term project Must be able to work 8-12 hours - Monday thru Friday. Occasional Weekends through duration of project Must be able to pass a background/MVR/drug screen Must have own transportation to and from worksite
