The Strategic Sourcing Specialist Position Sunnova Energy is searching for Sourcing Specialist to be responsible for managing workflow tasks within the department, create and interpret reports describing production efficiency and develop positive working relationships with third party vendors. Strategic Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities Develops Requests for Quotes (RFQ) bid tabs Collaborates with other departments on change orders and implementing new vendor products Designs and maintains accurate workflow instructions for various tasks within the Procurement department Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) with vendors Completes product activation request in Sales and Financial Force and Root Stock Reviews and analyzes vendor data sheets and roadmaps Issues reports Enters data into portal i.e., Tesla, Enphase, & Solar Edge Tracks equipment use in Financial Force Coordinates KPI/Matrix maintenance Maintaining equipment transfer data in Financial Force. Maintaining equipment installation data in Financial Force. Maintaining purchase order receipts in Financial Force. Assist with inventory reconciliation process. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree 2-4years’ experience in related field Efficiency using Microsoft Office Excel Preferred Qualifications Procurement / Supply Chain experience including, but not limited to, sourcing, managing relationships, and negotiating pricing/agreements Extensive knowledge of Excel to create reports Salesforce and other related software experience 3+ years’ working in an ERP system Inventory control Distribution & logistics Inventory records management Warehouse cycle counting Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting & searches) Data mining & management Accounting (accounts payable/receivable) Detail orientated. Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent communication, written and verbal – Sample of written communication requested. Organized and attentive to detail Ability to multi-task Working Conditions Hybrid schedule of 2-3 days each week in an open office and work from home on consistent basis with the rest of the team. Average will be 40-50 hours a week. No travel required. No driving responsibilities required for position except to commute to office.
